The Bake Stand is our brand-new, self-serve mini bakery located right at our home base in northwest Tallahassee. When we’re not at local markets, you can still enjoy your favorite cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, scones, mini muffins, and bread loaves — all fresh, scratch-made, and ready for you to grab and go.

1. How does the Bake Stand work?

It’s completely self-serve! Choose your treats and pay using any of our accepted payment options.

2. When is it restocked?

Varies weekly—check the calendar, Today’s Menu box, or sign up for restock alerts.

3. Can I pick up prepaid orders here?

Yes! Select “Local Pickup at Bake Stand” at checkout.

4. Are gluten-free or dairy-free items offered?

Yes! Limited flavors are available depending on season.

5. What treats are usually available?

Cookies, brownies, mini muffins, cinnamon rolls, breads, and seasonal specials.

6. Where do I park?

Lots of street parking available.

Can I reschedule my preorder?

We are happy to rearrange your pickup within 2 days of your original pickup date, as long as you reach out to us in advance or as soon as possible. Alternate pickup times or locations are subject to availability.

What happens if I do not pickup my preorder?

Orders not picked up within 2 days of the original pickup date will be considered abandoned. At that point, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given.
