The Braylit Difference

We don’t believe in shortcuts. Most of our rolls feature Marshmallow Fluff made from scratch in our kitchen—resulting in a frosting that is lighter, less cloying, and perfectly gooey. For our citrus and specialty rolls, we use fresh-squeezed juices and real zest to ensure the flavors are authentic and bold.

🥣 Base Dough: Flour (Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Enzyme), sugar, butter, corn syrup, milk, egg, yeast, vanilla, molasses, salt.

☁️ Scratch-Made Marshmallow Frosting: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Egg Whites, Vanilla Bean (or Maple/Lemon as applicable), Butter, Powdered Sugar.

🍊 Orange Glaze: Powdered Sugar, Fresh Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Butter.

🥧 Pecan Pie Topping: Pecans, Brown Sugar, Butter, Molasses.
